Depending on the type of shipping you purchase your delivery time will vary. For standard delivery orders, shipping will take 3-5 business days. For expedited delivery, shipping will take 2-3 business days.
If you would like to return your product, contact customer and inform them that you would like to return your device. If the device meets all requirements of the return policy and is under warranty, you will be issued a return label to your email which can be printed. Attach the label to the returning package and send the package back to our facility. Depending on the reason for return, you can be issued a refund or be given a replacement device. Upon arrival of the returned device to the LSCR facility, you will be issued a refund or the replacement device will be sent out.
All devices being returned MUST be clear of all personal data. Instructions to clear both iPhones and Samsung devices will be on a card inside the box of the device. Be sure to clear all information on the device before returning the device. Be sure to take as much care to package the device safely to prevent damage while in transit.
